Returns

Items are eligible for return within 14 days of their delivery date, at your own expense.

Items and packaging must be in their original condition, and they must be clean and unused.

YOU MUST CONTACT US, AND GET AN RMA (Return Merchandise Authorisation) Number, BEFORE RETURNING THE ITEM

Of course, if an item arrives in a damaged state, notify us immediately and will arrange its return, at no cost to you and you will be offered a replacement item, if available OR a refund, at our discretion.

1. If you are returning the item because you have changed your mind, you pay the shipping fee - although we can arrange it for you. Simply purchase THIS RETURN SHIPPING SERVICE
2. if the goods arrived damaged, or not working, then we will arrange and pay for the return shipping. A full refund will be made, including the outward shipping fees, once the goods have been returned and established to be faulty/damaged by our own technicians
